Our cancellation policy is that within 48 hours of canceling the deposit is no longer refundable so the fee within the 48 mark is $200.00.
No show reservations are subject to the same charge but are given a 2-hour grace period to show up before their reservation can be forfeited and the $200.00 deposit held.
Late returns are subject to a $100.00 fine (Per day) and the vehicles going rate (Per day). There is no grace period for this violation.
Missing Fuel will be charged at posted fuel rate per gallon as well as a $20.00 convenience fee.
Smoking/Pets/Drugs/Open Alcohol is strictly prohibited, any use of these in the rental vehicle will result in a $500.00 cleaning fee.
