Welcome to Mo Rental Solutions. By accessing our website, mobile app, or using our services,
you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle through Mo Solutions, you must:
 Be at least 21 years old (some vehicles may require a minimum age of 25)
 Hold a valid driver’s license
 Provide a valid debit or credit card
 Agree to our rental policies and submit required documentation

2. Booking & Payment
 Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit.
 Deposits are refundable after vehicle return and inspection, provided no damage or policy
violations occurred.
 Cash deposits are accepted, but a valid card must still be on file.
 Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are subject to a charge equal to one day's
rental rate.

3. Vehicle Use
You agree to operate the vehicle:
 Lawfully, and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol

 Only within the permitted mileage limit (100 miles/day unless unlimited mileage is
added for a flat fee)
 With no smoking inside the vehicle
 Without allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the car
You are responsible for any damage, tolls, traffic violations, or fees incurred during your rental
period.

4. Fuel Policy
All vehicles must be returned with a full tank of gas. If not, a refueling fee will apply.

5. Returns & Late Fees
 Vehicles must be returned on time, as agreed upon at booking.
 Late returns may incur additional daily charges.
 Returns on Sundays are accepted, but deposits will be processed on Monday.

6. Insurance & Liability
 Renters are responsible for all damages not covered by insurance.
 Optional damage waivers or insurance packages may be available.
 Proof of personal insurance may be required.

7. Modifications & Cancellations
 Changes to your reservation must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
 Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee equal to the first day's rental.
 We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time due to policy violations or failure to
provide necessary documentation.

8. Mobile App & Website Use
By using our site or app, you agree not to:
 Misuse the platform or disrupt our services

 Copy, distribute, or exploit content without permission
 Attempt to breach security or access restricted areas

9. Termination
We reserve the right to deny service or cancel a rental if:
 Fraud or false information is provided
 Rental terms are violated
 The renter poses a risk to vehicle safety or other drivers

10. Changes to Terms
Mo Rental Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated
terms will be posted on our website and/or app with a new effective date.
