Renter agrees by Renter’s signature on the Rental Agreement Summary (the “Summary”), or by clicking the “I Accept” button at a rental kiosk, or via an internet rental that Renter has read, is aware of, accepts full responsibility for and is bound by the terms and conditions contained in the Summary and these Additional Terms and Conditions (collectively the “Contract”), for the Rental Period whether or not subsequent agreements are executed by Renter or if Owner assigns a new rental agreement number during the Rental Period for the purpose of invoicing Renter. Renter agrees that electronic signatures have the same force and effect as manual signatures. Renter expressly acknowledges that Renter and Owner are the only parties to the Contract, notwithstanding that a reservation for vehicle may have been arranged by a third party; that a third party may pay for all or part of the rental bill; and/or that a third party may negotiate certain terms of the rental, including but not limited to the type of Vehicle, length of rental, rental rate and/or selection of optional products. For matters arising from the agreement, Renter authorizes Owner to verify and/or obtain through credit agencies or other sources Renter’s personal, credit and/or insurance information. The agreement is the entire Contract between Renter and Owner and cannot be altered by another document or oral agreement unless agreed to in writing and signed by Renter and Owner. All damages occurring during rental status are the renter’s responsibility and must be reported immediately. Defaulting on agreed payments, having a past due balance, or use of the rental vehicle past the contracted time can and will result in repossession and or report of thief. Any rental vehicle returned late or not on time will result in a $100.00 late fee per hour. All agreements are subject to a 200-dollar security deposit 48 hours before scheduled pickup, to be fully refunded upon return of the vehicle with no damages or breach of contract. Cancelations between 48 and 24 hours before pickup will be refunded 50%, reservations canceled within the last 24 hours before pickup will not be refunded. Security Deposit can be increased based on discretion. Blue Oval Rentals reserves the right to conduct a driving-based background check on all Renters. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, then the time of rental, the agreement will be charged a 20-dollar fuel adjustment fee and the fuel needed to fill the vehicle. Renter agrees to no smoking in the vehicle, no drug use in the vehicle, or pets allowed in the vehicle, a 500-dollar cleaning fee will follow if agreement is violated. Cancelations made prior to 48 hours of the renters scheduled pickup time can be refunded in full. The signature of Blue Oval’s rental agreement authorizes any and all charges by Blue Oval Rentals and its affiliates.
