Rental Policies

Renter Elibility

– Renters must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and active insurance.
– Additional verification (e.g., proof of insurance, security deposit) may be required.

Payment Terms

– Rental fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise arranged.
– Security deposits are required and refundable upon proper vehicle return.

Vehicle Use

– No smoking, pets, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed in the vehicle.
– Vehicles must be returned clean and with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental.
– Tolls, tickets, and violations are the renter’s responsibility.

Cancellations & Refunds

– Cancellations must be made in advance to avoid penalties.
– Refund policies may vary depending on the rental agreement.

Liability

– Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental
period.
– Insurance claims may be pursued in case of covered incidents.

Disputes

– Any disputes will be governed under the laws of the State of Illinois.
– Blue Oval Rentals reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.
